Safety Guidelines Using Essential Oils |
Policies: There is no minimum purchase required. Due to the nature of the essential oil market prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the possibility of contamination, all oils are NON-RETURNABLE. Orders can be taken through our secure website. We can also be reached by phone at 608-427-3561. Leave a message with your order and we will get back to you with your shipping charges if you need these before your order ships. Orders can now be faxed 24 hours per day - 7 days per week at 608-427-3501. For payment by credit card, state your order full name and address, your credit card number and expiration date. Also please include your phone number and email so if needed I can contact you about your order. For non US zip codes and Canadian orders, please email or fax us at 608-427-3501 with your order and we will email you your total. You may also call us at 608-427-3561. Send U.S. Dollars only. We accept checks or International Money Orders in US funds only. DO NOT SEND CASH. You send cash at your own risk. Orders will be shipped usually within 3 to 5 business days once payments are received, excluding weekends and holidays, all orders placed and paid by check will require that the check clear our bank before we will ship the order. This could take up to additional 7-10 days for your order to ship. Once your order has been placed it CAN NOT be changed, so please be sure your order is complete and correct before submitting it. We DO NOT ship COD. We ship using UPS. There will be a 25% restocking fee on any refused order and a 25% re-stocking fee on any other returns we deem returnable. This is done at our soul discursion. Returned items will be give in store credit, no cash refunds will be given. After placing your order you should receive a automated order confirmation, please check this over carefully to be sure your order is correct, this will not give you a order total, we must calculate your shipping and handling charges manually, you will not be notified of your order total before shipping unless you ask us when your order is placed to notify you of your total amount due before we process your order. If you do not request a total before shipping your order will be processed your credit card billed and your order shipped, all orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Thank you!
